AKIN Visuals provides video editing and content strategy services as described on our website and in individual agreements with clients. All services are delivered based on the scope and timeline agreed upon in writing.
Clients are responsible for providing raw footage, brand assets, and clear instructions in a timely manner. Delays in providing materials may affect turnaround times.
Payment terms are agreed upon before work begins. For ongoing retainers, invoices are sent monthly. Late payments may result in paused services.
Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership and usage rights to the final edited videos. AKIN Visuals retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
AKIN Visuals is not liable for any indirect damages or lost revenue resulting from the use of our services or this website. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days' written notice for ongoing services. Work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
